BWY Foundation Course

The starting point for anyone drawn to yoga teaching. The Foundation Course deepens your personal practice, introduces you to yoga's history and philosophy, and helps you explore whether teacher training is the right next step for you. No previous teaching experience required.

BWY Certificate in Teaching Yoga

A full 21-month accredited teacher training at Level 4, verified by both BWY and OFQUAL. One Sunday per month in Esher, with five sessions via Zoom. A rigorous, comprehensive course taught by Clare alongside 14 specialist tutors — including nurses, Sanskrit scholars, ayurveda practitioners, and philosophy specialists.

BWY Diploma in Teaching Yoga

The most comprehensive BWY qualification available — and the same diploma Clare holds as a tutor. For those who want to teach at the deepest level, and who may eventually wish to train others. The BWY Diploma is the gold standard of yoga teacher training in the UK. This is for those who are serious about yoga as a vocation.
